Cook your pasta with a dash of salt, pepper and oregano in the water. When the pasta is close to being finished, heat your oil in a separate deep pan. Once oil is heated toss in sausage. Remove pasta when cooked. Reserve a 3/4 cup - 1 cup of pasta water. (The amount depends on if you want the meal to be more or less dry.) Cut sausage into bite size chunks while it is cooking. When it is no longer pink add your broccoli heads, add a few dashes of salt and pepper...add a few more dashes of oregano. Stir until broccoli is almost to the tenderness you like. Add tomatoes. Stir until about ready to pop if using whole. Stir till heated if cut. Remove from heat and stir in about a 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.
