4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
poppy seed
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken. Cook in skillet with oil, 4 minutes on each side. Cut into pieces. Mix sour cream and soup with poppy seed and add chicken. Melt butter in a bowl and crumble in crackers. Spread chicken mixture in baking dish and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes.
