Ingredients:
2 8oz cans of chicken broth (Swanson is best)
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cup flour
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in a large pot of water and boil until cooked. Set to side when done to cool. Leave about 1 cup of the water in the pot. Pour the chicken broth in the pot and set to low to medium. Do not boil! Combine the flour and milk in a bowl. If the mixture is too dry, add more milk. If too sticky, add more flour. Flour your hands and begin to knead the dough into a flat 'pancake'. Take a knife and cut the dough into 1" by 1/2" pieces and put into the broth mixture. Poke with fork until disappears into the broth. Do not put a new piece on top of a piece that has been in less than 20 seconds. Once all the dough has been put into the mixture, dice the chicken into the desired size and put into pot. Cook for about 10 more minutes then enjoy!
