1 cup of butter, melted
Italian seasonings
2-4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
2 onions
5 potatoes, yukon gold and red are the best
Baby Carrots, a handful
Aluminum foil 12" x 8" oven pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the chicken breasts and soak them in a marinade of butter and Italian seasonings for 30 minutes. While the chicken is soaking poke holes in the potatoes and set them to the side. Then, peel the onions and slice it in half, cutting from the top, so it is a semicircle. Then, put the baby carrots with the vegetables. Line pan with aluminum foil. Take the chicken breasts and vegetables and put them in the pan, arranging the vegetables around the chicken. Sprinkle the vegetables with Italian seasonings. Put aluminum foil over the pan and put it in the oven. Let cook for approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes. When finished, remove and let set for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
