2 egg whites beaten stiff
add 3/4 cup sugar and pinch of salt gradually. Keep beating until not grainy. Add 1 tsp almond extract.

Directions:
Directions:
Drop by teaspoon on to well greased pan. Bake 200 for at least an hour. Leave in oven to dry. Do not try on a humid day.
