4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1 can (29 oz) pumplin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 pkg yellow cake mix
3/4 margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Prehaet oven to 350. In large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Stir in pumpkin and evaporated milk. Pour mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Place dry cake mix in a medium bowl. Using pastry cutter cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Sprinkle with pecans and bake 1 hour or until top is golden brown and edges start to pull away from sides of pan. Serve warm.
