2 1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup milk and eggs, add flour, salt and butter. Beat until smooth, add rest of milk, let sit 1 hour. Cook like crepes.

Butter and sprinkle with sugar and roll up to eat. Pop made the best pancakes, I didn't know there were thick pancakes until I grew up!
