4 cups rhubarb, cut up
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp flour
Mix above, put in pie shell and top with pats of butter, add lattice top crust. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Crust:
2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp salt, take out 1/3.
Add 1/4 cup water to 1/3 and mix.
Cut in 2/3 cup Crisco into 2/3 and mix.
Mix both together.

Split into 2 balls, roll out first and line pie plate. Roll out second and cut to weave as lattice top. Fill with rhubarb mixture, create top and bake 400 for 15 minutes and 350 for 30 minutes.
