1 gal. milk
1 tsp starter yogurt(from last container of yogurt)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to 190 Stir a lot and cool down to 110
Add starter yogurt. Wrap in towel and keep warm for 3 hours. Cover with towel and put into refrigerator.
