1/2 c milk
2 eggs well beaten
cracker meal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip oyster into flour mixture. then mix milk and eggs and dip oyster into this and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
