1 chopped onion 1 can green chilies and tomatoes 1/2 lb Velveeta 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 lbs hamburger 1 pkg Doritos chips
Boil onions in green chilies and tomatoes until tender. Melt cheese in, stirring often, Cook hamburger and drain grease. Add soup to hamburger. Season with garlic salt, pepper, etc.. Crush chips. Layer in casserole; hamburger mix, cheese, mix chips. Should make 3 layers. Bake until heated through, about 40 minutes at 350º.
