1/2 cup oil
1 pound cubed pork
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup flour
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
30 oz. of chopped green chilies
6 cups water
1/4 cup chicken bullion
1 or more jalapeno

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in Dutch oven, add diced pork and cook until browned. If you like hot green chili add the jalapeno's here. Lower heat and all minced garlic stir until fragrant then add flour and slightly brown. Add tomatoes, and green chilies and simmer for 15 minutes, add water and chicken bullion and simmer for 1 hour.
