Ingredients:  
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
4 warm cooked large liced potatoes
3 cups shredded spinach or romaine lettuce
3 hard boiled eggs cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix oil, cheese, lemon juice, salt, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add potatoes and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill well. Gently mix in spinach, garnish with eggs.
