1 pkg fresh spinach, torn
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb sliced bacon, crisp and crumbled
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large salad bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients, shake until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
