3 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt, shortening and margarine. Work with pastry blender until very fine. Add buttermilk and oil. Knead into a ball and divide into 4 parts. Makes 4 single 9-inch crusts. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

If you do not have buttermilk you can add 1 T lemon juice to 1/2 c. milk.
