1 lb. hot breakfast sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredient and let set overnight. Roll into balls of desired size (about walnut size is recommended) and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. These can be made ahead of time and frozen.
