1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Line muffin pans with paper liners.

In bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add egg, oil, an milk; stir gently to combine. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
