3 T. butter
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 or 4 medium carrots, sliced
3 FIRM ripe bananas cut in 1/2" slices
1/4 cup raisins rinsed in hot water.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter in large, heavy skillet. Add carrot slices and cook over medium heat until crisp tender (about 10 minutes). Stir often.
2) Blend in lemon juice, sugar and ginger.
3) Add bananas and raisins and cook until just heated through.
4) Serve at once.
