1 1/2 cups cold mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon chives
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 egg
salt
pepper
bread crumbs
2-3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs; mix with fork until well blended.

Form into 4 patties. Coat with bread crumbs.

In skillet, cook in hot butter until golden brown; turn and cook the other side.
