3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups grated raw zucchini
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture. Stir in nuts.

Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pan.

Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
