3 qts. boiling water
3 cups sugar, or less if desired
6 Bananas, pureed
18 oz. frozen Orange Juice concentrate
18 oz. frozen Lemonade concentrate
20 oz. can Pineapple Juice
6 liters Ginger Ale or clear soda

Directions:
-48 hours to 3 months ahead
In a large stainless steel bowl, add sugar to boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in pureed bananas. Stir in orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, and pineapple juice.
Cool mixture. Pour into quart zipper bags and freeze solid. Makes approx. 1-1/2 gallons of concentrate.*several hours ahead set out frozen punch concentrate in a cooler to partially thaw.
At serving time: Dissolve partially thawed punch concentrate in clear soda. Use about two bags per 2 liter bottle of soda. Can use one bag per 2 liter for lighter punch.
