1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup slivered carrots
1/4 cup flour
1 can chicken broth
1 cup milk
4 cups seasoned croutons
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup shreded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, in butter, cook onions and carrots until tender. Add flour; cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add croutons and chicken; toss to coat.

Spoon into 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes more.
