1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 cups frozen southern style hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan; add chicken; cook until browned. Stir in potatoes, soup, water, and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in peas; cook an additional 10 minutes.
