2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons water
1-2 drops green food coloring
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, beat eggs and yolk; add milk, lime juice, water, food coloring and lime peel. Whisk until well mixted. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
