Brownies:
1 package brownie mix
1 cup chocolate chips

Cream Cheese Layer:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 egg
1 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly coat 13 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray.

Prepare brownie mix according to directions; stir in chocolate chips. Spread in pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Using teaspoon, dollop cream cheese on top of brownie layer.

Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely; frost with chocolate frosting.
