2 pie shells, top and bottom
10 carmel candies, cut into 4 pieces
1/3 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples, 1/2" cubes
2/3 c. carmel ice cream topping
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add apples and toss in mixture until covered. Add carmel candy pieces and nuts. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Drizzle ice cream topping over top of pie. Add top pie shell and seal edge. Cut 2-3 slits in top. Bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
