Round Steak, tenderized
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups sweetmilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3-4 cups flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces. Mix the eggs with the milk and buttermilk. Dip the pieces of meat first into egg and milk mixture and then into the flour, pressing the flour into the meat with your hand. Repeat dipping into the milk mixture very quickly the second time and then into the flour again. Heat the oil to 350 and deep-fry the steaks.

Everyone loves Chicken Fried Steaks, but we don't fry foods that much. To keep it tender and hot, place a rack over water and put in 300 deg oven until ready to eat.
