10 oz. box frozen, sweetened strawberries
3 oz. box strawberry jello
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain frozen strawberries, reserving syrup. Boil 1 1/4 cups water and stir into jello.Combine jello and reserved syrup. Pour 1/2 cup of this mixture into strawberries and set aside. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Pour jello mixture into cream cheese mixture and blend until smooth (a wire wisk works well for this)Add sour cream. Pour into a 7X11 inch pyrex pan and chill until set but not firm, them carefully spoon the strawberries over the top. Chill until firm

A small can of crushed pineapple and lemon jello may be substituted for the frozen strawberries and strawberry jello.
You can also substitute sugar free jello, low fat sour cream and low fat cream cheese and Splenda for the sugar to decress the calories
