8 oz blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried basil or dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
4 (16-oz) Ranchers Reserve Porterhouse Stakes (1 inch)

Directions:
1.- Preheat broiler or charcoal or gas grill. Spry cold rack of broiler pan with nonstick spry.- 2.- Combine butter, blue cheese, breadcrumbs, and basil in food processor container with metal blade or in blender. Pulse until mixed and coarse, set aside. 3.- Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place on broil (cook 2-3 inches from heat 6 minutes. Turn steaks over. (Juicy tip: Use tongs to turn, not a fork. A fork pierces the meat, allowing flavorful juices to escape. 4.- Top with blue cheese mixture during last 1-3 minutes of cooking
