1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 can (11 oz) mandarine oranges w/ juice

Frosting:
1 8 oz Cool Whip
1 can drained pineapple (15 oz)
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 35 - 40 minutes 350 in 9 x 13 pan. Frost and serve.
