3 Cans Dole Pineapple, in its own juice
2 Pkgs. Instant Pistachio Pudding
1 (16oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 Lb. Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a VERY large bowl (a clear Pyrex bowl works well for this - you can see if all is mixed):
Pour pineapple into bowl and add instant pudding. Mix well. Add Cool Whip and again mix well. Add mini marshmallows - mix well, cover and
refrigerate. If you can make this salad 24 hours before it is needed it taste best....this gives the marshmallows time to puff up!

Paula's variation on this is to substitute 1 jar marshmallow cream for the mini marshmallows. I came up with this while I thought I was making Rob Cromwell's Pistachio Salad. They are all yummy.
