2 - 3 cups diced peaches and syrup
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine
2 tsp baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in 2 qt casserole. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add eggs and milk til just moistened. Spoon over peaches. Heat to boiling sugar, water and butter and pour over batter at once. Bake 375 45 minutes or until crusty brown.
