2 c vanilla wafers
1/3 c margarine, melted
1/2 cream of coconut
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1tsp rum or vanilla
8oz coolwhip
8oz crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c chopped cherry
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c flaked coconut, lightly toasted

Directions:

1. crush nilla wafers and mix with melted margarine, spread in 13 x 9 inch pan
2. beat together crm cheese, crm of coconut, extract.
3. fold in coolwhip
4. gently stir in pineapple, cherry, and nuts
5. Top with coconut.
refigerate to set
