1 lb. beef stew meat
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
About a half of soup can of water (more or less if you need it)
1/4 cup red cooking wine

Put all in crock pot and cook until done (Low all day or high for half a day). Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Serves 4 (or more).
