Marinade: 6-12oz. fish (salmon, halibut, shark)
1/2c. coconut milk
1/4c lime/lemon juice
1/2c red, green, yellow bell peppers
1/3c. cilantro
1/2c. green onions
1/3c. Tequila (your favorite kind)
*salt/pepper to taste
SALAD STUFF:
1/2c. jicama, red onions, orange slices
2-3 tsp. cilantro and orange juice (fresh)
2 green tomatoes, diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all marinade ingredients in a bowl and let chill in it for 15mins.
2. Grill, broil, or skillet fish in olive oil until done
3. Mix salad and garnish with fish on top.
