1 cup plain yogurt
3 oz fat-free cream cheese
1.5 cups shredded low fat Mont Jack
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
15 oz can black beans, drained
1 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the yogurt, ricotta and cream cheese. Add everything else and blend together. Pour into ungreased shallow 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
