2 pableno peppers
2-3 jalapeño peppers
1/3c. onions (shallots)
1/3c. cilantro
3c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1.Simmer (don't boil) in a pot with 3c. olive oil for 1 hour.
2. Blend olive oil in a blender with the rest of ingredients.
3. Pour hot sauce over steaks let marinade for 15 mins.
4. Grill like a shishkabob on the barbeque
5.Serve with bread or pita.
