6c. Romaine Lettuce
1 med. tomato diced
1/4c. diced red onions, black beans, avocado
1c. peeled/diced jicama
1c bell pepper green
2 ears sweetened corn (kernels cut)
1/4c. jack cheese
1c. tortilla chips crumbled
3/4c. tomato juice
1 jalapeņo pepper
1 lime (juice)
10 spring cilantro
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/3c. olive oil

1. in a large bowl add all salad ingredients.
2. In a food processor mix dressing (vinaigrette)
3. Combine and chill till service.
