8 oz cream cheese
1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained)
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 small or 1 half white onion chopped very fine Pecan peices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pineapple and onion. Put mixture onto a large piece of wax paper and form a ball. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve. Roll ball into pecan pieces right before serving so the nuts do not get soft.
