6 manicotti shells
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp instant onion
1 15 oz can spaghetti sauce with mushroom
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 Cook shells until tender, drain. Combine 3/4 cup mozz cheese, cottage cheese and parm. cheese. Stir in eggs, parsley, and onion. Combine spag. sauce and water. Pour 2/3 cup sauce in 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish. split shells lengthwise with shears. Open and fill with 1/4 cup cheese mixture. Close arrange in baking dish, pour over remaining sauce. Sprinkle with mozz. cheese. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
