1 (10 oz.) pkge frozen brocolli, carrots & cauliflower
1 can cram of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 (4 oz.) jar of chopped pimento
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1 can onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables by directions, drain. Mix the other ingredients & add to vegetables. Bake in casserole 30 minutes @ 325. Remove from oven, add canned onion rings & a little extra swiss cheese, bake 5 more minutes.
