1-2 tsp cilantro, minced
1 batch green onions, diced small
3 large carrots; shredded in thin strips
1 tsp. basil
1 batch bean sprouts cut small
thinly sliced tuna (2 tuna steaks)
wonton skins (1 small bag)
DRESSING:
1-2 tsp. juice of orange, fresh
1-2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1-2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
*salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, add cilantro, carrots, basil, onions, thin sliced tuna, bean sprouts, wonton skins.
2. In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
3. Chill both mixture.
4.. Mix together salad and dressing right before serving.
