6 oz. scallops OR 12 oz. shrimp, fish, halibut, chicken
4 green onions; just white part diced small
2 garlic cloves put in 1/3c. olive oil
6 fresh sliced small tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
*Season with 1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Cook/Grill with a sprinkle of olive oil fish(scallops, shrimp, halibut, chicken)
2. In large bowl, chop green onions, garlic, tomatoes.
3. Add basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
4. Let chill for 30 minutes.
Best served fresh.
