Ingredients:  
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can red beans
1 can pinto beans
1 tsp. cumin
1-2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp vinegar (rice wine)
1 tsp parsley
salt/pepper to taste
1/4c. grilled bacon or bacon bits
*season with 1 tsp lemon/garlic crushed

1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
2. Chill for 20-30 minutes before serving
3. For presentation sake....carve out a huge tomato and fill with the salad mix.
Best served fresh.
