1.5 pound yellow summer squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 large carrot grated
1 small chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain squash. Mix remainder ingredients. Mix all together. Melt 1 stick of margarine & mix with 1/2 package of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix. Place squash mixture in casserole and top with the stuffing mixture. Bake 20 - 30 minutes @ 350.
