6 tbsp. vegetable shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. instant cocoa

Filling:
1 stick margerine
3/4 c. confectionery sugar
6 tbls. marshmello fluff
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening. Add egg and dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix well. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 oven for 12 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
Beat filling ingredients until light and fluffy. Put filling between two cookies. Enjoy!
