1 Head of Cabbage 10 new Potatoes 4 slices of bacon 1 onion 1 green pepper
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Chop onion and green pepper and saute in bacon grease. Chop the cabbage and place in a greased casserole dish. Cut new potatoes in half and place on top of cabbage. Drizzle the bacon, bacon grease (there will only be a small bit), onion and green pepper over cabbage and potatoes. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
