Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tube crescent dinner rolls
1 1 lb. bulk sausage (I use Jimmy Dean hot)
4 or 5 eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup milk or half and half
1 1/2 -2 cups frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida with peppers and onions is real good)
1 cup shredded cheese (whatever you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Separate rolls and place on ungreased pizza pan (points toward center). Seal seams together. Spoon sausage over top. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over pizza.

Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is real good served with salsa and sour cream.

Be careful to use a pizza pan that is not warped, r you could wind up with a mess in your oven. Putting some foil under pan is not a bad idea.
