1 pound pork tenderloin
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. dried red chili pepper flakes
4 tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place the pork in a heavy plastic bag and add all the ingredients except the sesame seeds to the bag. Make sure that the pork is evenly coated and all the ingredients are well blended. Set aside until ready to cook. Place the pork on a non-stick cookie sheet and spoon the sauce over the pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the pre-heated oven. Cook for 20 minutes for a pink tenderloin and 30 to 40 minutes for one that is more well done. May be served hot or cold.

When using fresh ginger peel the root and place whatever is not used in a small jar and cover with sherry. This will hold it almost indefinitely in the refrigerator
