Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. Spread 1 pkg crescent rolls on bottom of pan. Beat and spread filling over crescent rolls. Spread 2nd pkg of crescent rolls over filling. For topping, beat egg white until fluffy. Spread egg white over the top of crescent rolls. Then sprinkle 1/2 c. sugar and nuts on top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
